Spring House

The historic Spring House is located near the center of the camp.  It is one of two mineral spring gazebos on the property.   Pictured is the Craig Healing Springs gazebo, the Monte Vista Spring gazebo is near the clubhouse.  Both springs are very high in iron.

A bit of history:  when the resort was in it's heyday, water was shipped in glass bottles throughout the southeast.  A few of the bottles are on display in the camp store. Also photos show racks of cups for guests to use.
